I am writing to you today as a Certified Keto Coach, but more importantly, I used to be just like you. I was struggling as a new mom and now a mom of two who understands the challenges of wanting to lose weight while caring for a little one. I also understand the worry and anxiety that comes with a loved one's health diagnosis, which is why I feel compelled to share with you the solution that has helped both myself and my mother - a ketogenic lifestyle.
Before discovering keto, I struggled with finding a sustainable way to lose the extra baby weight while breastfeeding and figuring out how to keep my energy levels up to take care of my little one. I tried various diets, but they all left me feeling deprived, low on energy and I still wasn't seeing the scale move. It wasn't until I discovered keto that I finally found a solution that worked for me. The high-fat, moderate-protein, low-carb approach of the keto diet not only helped me lose weight but also gave me sustained energy throughout the day.
I made a decision to love my health and my health started loving me back. But the benefits of keto didn't stop there. When my mother was diagnosed with fatty liver and extremely high blood sugar levels, I knew I had to find a solution to help her manage her condition. I introduced her to the keto diet. This is why I decided to become a Certified Keto Coach, I have seen firsthand the benefits of the keto diet for weight loss, energy levels, and overall health in family, friends and my clients.
